Bringing Water & Sanitation to Tibeb School, Ethiopia...
Working with Project Waterfall & Splash, CRU Kafe have committed to raising £30,000 to help bring safe, clean water, sanitation & hygiene to the Tibeb Ediget Pimary School in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Coffee-growing communities and cooperatives are often found in isolated, rural areas; unfortunately a combination that means that access to clean, safe water is often made more difficult.

Our MD Tom, and CRU Kafe, have been a friend and sponsor of Usman Khalid from Haven Coffee for years.
From his Social Enterprise cafe in Walthamstow, each cup of Usman's Coffee helps support and raise awareness for refugee communities across the UK, from promoting refugee artists to organising events both visual and performing art, as well as providing barista training to those refugees who are looking to build a new professional life for themselves.

Charitable Giving Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to formally outline CRU Kafe’s commitments and formal approach to charitable giving and pro bono services.
Commitment and approach
CRU Kafe is committed to supporting charities that have a positive impact on vulnerable people, groups, society.
The underlying goal is to use the expertise within the team to support charities in raising funds, promoting their messages and increasing awareness. The desired outcome is that more people are informed about the charities’ work and more individuals are able to benefit from their services.
